I collect information or data about you when you contact me directly by email, telephone, Whats App, social media platforms, blog comments on my website, the contact form on my website or any other communication that you send me.
The data includes personal information such as name, address, email, telephone number, names of family members and/or guests, dates in relation to your enquiry, venue, your photographers name (if applicable) and photographs. I may also request your bank details.

HOW I USE THE INFORMATION
I use your personal information on the basis of legitimate interest to contact you in relation to the hair and/or makeup services you have requested or have expressed an interest in. Relevant information you provide me with will also be used for booking confirmation, internal record keeping, billing, payment and tax purposes. Photographs that you send will assist me in designing hair styles and makeup looks and bringing the right colours for your skin and/or hair tone.

PHOTOGRAPHS
I may take photographs for reference or continuity purposes whilst working with you. I may also use photographs of you on my websites and social media platforms. Except where you have consented to use of your information for a specific purpose, I will not use your information in any way that would identify you personally. I will continue to use photographs/video on this basis until you withdraw your consent, or it can be reasonably assumed that your consent no longer exists. I may use services from third parties such as freelance hair and makeup artists to provide your service in the event that a large bridal party requires extra stylists. The freelance hair and makeup artists I use are hand picked and provide the same standard and level of service as myself. Any data passed on to them will be relevant to your service and will be kept safe and secure. I also use the services of trusted companies, professional advisers and government bodies to run my business and process your data. These services include website hosting, accountancy, administration services, banking, insurance and legal help and advice.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS
HAIRANDMAKEUPBYADIE.CO.UK reserves the right to use tracking software to monitor how its visitors use the website. This software is provided by Google Analytics which uses cookies to track visitor usage. The software will save a cookie to your computer’s hard drive in order to track and monitor your engagement and usage of the website, but will not store, save or collect personal information.
